Both of the stats that you are requesting are inscriptions or inherent attribs of weapon so you will not be able to get them both on 1 focus offhand.

I probably have both inscriptions available life is pain +5 armor -20 health and sheltered by faith -2(enchanted). I will sell either inscription for 1k.

If you would like a focus core to go with either of those I might have the one you want as well. Here is a link to see what focus cores you can chose from. I would guess you would want swiftness or aptitude since you were looking for -20 inscription.

i know that both things r inscripts....thus y i brought it to guru....im thinking that since shields used to b able to be -2 -2 that there might b a -20 -2 out there somewhere...still looking btw!
